How Herbal baby induct Organic Cotton with Textiles?

Soon after harvestation, to form a complete fabric it is important to go through a series of other operations.

1

Ginning

The hand-picked balls are then transported directly to the ginning factory. This is where the cotton is separated into cotton fibers from the seedpods with the help of ginning machines. This process helps in removing any dirt, stems, leaves, and linters present. The cleaned and separated seeds are then later refined to create cottonseed oil. The linters can be used in the manufacturing of paper and plastics the end product is called linters cotton.

2

Cotton Spinning

Here the fibers are passed through a carding machine, where the fibers are separated. From there the fibers to become a yarn then eventually be ready to be weaved or knitted. During this process, cotton undergoes a rigorous cleaning procedure. The fibers are then combed by using various machinery and are finally spun to form soft textured yarn. Once the cotton has been transformed into a knitted cotton fabric it is then taken for
dyeing.

3

Dyeing Fabric Cotton

Dyeing means imparting color to the fabric by using recommended natural dyes. One of the major concerns in manufacturing is sewage discharged with toxic chemicals used in the dyeing process. However, in organic certified factories they use only natural dyes rather than synthetic dyes. In  natural dyeing the colors used in the dyes are extracted from natural sources.

Example: Colored dyes are extracted from natural ingredients like indigo, onion shells.

Once the cotton fabric has been dyed it is then transported to the garment factory.
